What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, while check-out must be made before noon. Late check-out only on request and subject to hotel availability.
If you want to take a last walk in the center on the day of departure, you can leave your luggage for free in our secure storage room at the reception. On your return you can always take a shower in the Shower & Go area before leaving.

Which credit cards do you accept?

All the main cards: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation is always possible until 6:00 PM on the day prior to your check-in date and only for reservations made through this official website only. This policy does not apply to non-refundable rates and may not apply to specific deals: please always check the conditions at the time of booking.

Do you have a parking lot?

We do not have a private parking lot but the closest partner garage is only 100 meters from the hotel. Rates vary according to the size of your vehicle. There is a mini-fridge filled free of charge once a day with still and sparkling water in every room.

Certainly, fast and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

Do you serve gluten-free meals?

We can serve packaged products suitable for the gluten-free diet at breakfast. Please inform our staff of any other dietary needs upon arrival at the hotel.

Are pets welcome?
